情境因素视角下的图书馆移动知识服务影响因素实证研究

Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Mobile Knowledge Service in Libraries:From the Perspective of Situation Factors

移动设备的迅速普及促进了图书馆移动知识服务的快速发展,同时也给图书馆带来了挑战,图书馆移动知识服务效率与质量问题成为时下研究热点。文章从情境因素的视角,分析图书馆移动知识服务的影响因素,构建了图书馆移动知识服务的情境影响因素理论模型;运用问卷调查法和结构方程建模法,研究影响图书馆移动知识服务质量的关键情境因素以及因素之间的作用关系,对提出的理论模型进行优化。研究结果表明:资源情境、服务情境、用户认知情境对图书馆移动知识服务质量有直接正向影响;设备情境和网络情境对服务情境有直接正向影响;服务情境对资源情境有直接正向影响;用户活动情境对移动知识服务质量没有产生显著性影响。

The rapid popularization of mobile devices has not only promoted the development of mobile knowledge service in the library, but also brought challenges to libraries. The efficiency and quality of mobile knowledge services in libraries have become a hot research topic.From the perspective of situation factors, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of mobile knowledge service in the library, and constructs a theoretical model of situation influencing factors of mobile knowledge service in the library. By using questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling, this paper empirically studies the key situation factors and the relationship between them, and optimizes the theoretical model.The research results show that resource context, service context and user cognitive context have direct and positive effects on mobile knowledge service quality of library.Device context and network situation have a direct positive impact on service situation.Service situation has a direct positive impact on resource situation.User activity context has no significant impact on the quality of mobile knowledge service.
