Research progress on local allergic rhinitis

局部变应性鼻炎是最近提出的一个概念,表现为无全身反应的鼻腔局部过敏反应。其具有典型变应性鼻炎的症状,血清特异性IgE检测与变应原皮肤点刺试验阴性,但鼻腔局部可以检测到特异性IgE和(或)鼻腔变应原激发试验阳性。局部变应性鼻炎被认为是一种独立的临床表型,该文就局部变应性鼻炎近年来国内外的研究进展作一综述。

Local allergic rhinitis is a recently proposed concept that manifests as local allergic reactions to the nasal cavity without systemic response. It presents with the symptoms of typical allergic rhinitis. It is negative for the serum-specific IgE test and the allergen skin prick test, whereas positive for the specific IgE in the nasal cavity and/or nasal allergen provocation test. Local allergic rhinitis is considered to be an independent clinical phenotype. This article reviews the recent research progress on local allergic rhinitis at home and abroad.
