摘要
以硝酸锌和六亚甲基四胺为原料,聚乙二醇2000为形貌控制剂,采用低温水浴法,在棉织物表面实现氧化锌纳米棒阵列的生长控制;同时采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和紫外分光光度计等测试手段对制备样品进行表征和性能分析。结果表明,棉织物表面生长的氧化锌纳米棒为六方纤锌矿结构;经氧化锌纳米棒修饰后的棉织物UPF值从10.06提升至50+;在紫外光下照射150 min,对亚甲基蓝溶液(MB)的降解率达92.1%;在太阳光照射下4h,对亚甲基蓝溶液(MB)的降解率也有90.2%。
ZnO nanorods are fabricated on the surface of cotton fiber using zinc nitrate、hexamethylenetetramine and polyethylene glycol 2000 though low-temperature hydrothermal process.The structure and morphology of as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-siv.The analysis results show that,the cotton fabric surface growth of ZnO nanorods is hexagonal wurtzite structure.The ZnO nanorods prependiculary grown on the cotton fibers were the wurtzite crystal phase.Under UV irradiation for 150 min,the degradation of MB with ZnO nanorods coated cotton fabric was 92.1%,and under solar light for 4h,the degradation of MB with ZnO nanorods coated cotton fabric was 90.2%.The UPF of cotton fabric modified by ZnO nanorods increased from 10.06 to 50+.
