Development and Application of Science and Technology Information Media Convergence Publishing Management System Based on Bohai Granary Science and Technology Demonstration Project

农业科技信息传播是农业科技成果转化为现实生产力的桥梁和纽带。随着以网络为基础的新媒体不断涌现,如何将报纸、期刊等传统媒体发布的科技信息与基于互联网、移动技术的新型媒体融合实现可视化信息传播,已成为加快农业科技信息传播,促进农业科技成果应用的新途径。依托河北省渤海粮仓科技示范工程项目开发的渤海粮仓科技示范工程科技信息媒体融合发布管理系统,实现了利用传统纸质媒体与互联网、移动终端等多种媒体融合呈现项目新成果新技术的可视化信息,提高了项目成果的推广范围和应用效果。

Agricultural science and technology information dissemination is the bridge and link for the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements into real productive forces. With the emergence of new media based on network,how to integrate the scientific and technological information published by traditional media such as newspapers and periodicals with new media based on internet and mobile technology to realize visual information dissemination has become a new way to speed up the agricultural scientific and technological information dissemination and promote the application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. Based on the Bohai Granary Science and Technology Demonstration Project in Hebei Province,the management system for the integration of science and technology information media in the project has realized the visualization information of new achievements and new technologies in the project by using traditional paper media,integrating with internet, mobile terminal and other media,and improved the extension scope and application effect of the project results.
