摘要
大一学习力学的同学一般是运用微积分工具进行转动惯量的计算。本文介绍计算刚体转动惯量的一种简单方法——缩减法,即按比例放大或缩小原刚体,引入无量纲常数并保持转动惯量的量纲不变,求得该无量纲常数即可求得转动惯量。文中提供了一些算例。这种方法有利于学生开阔思路,进一步理解转动惯量的物理意义,并掌握计算转动惯量的方法。
Freshmen who study mechanics usually use calculus to calculate the moment of inertia. In this paper, a simple method of calculating the moment of inertia of rigid body by using the scaling method is introduced, that is, enlarging or reducing the original rigid body proportionally, introducing dimensionless constant and keeping the dimension of the moment of inertia unchanged, so that the moment of inertia can be obtained by calculating the dimensionless constant. Some calculation examples are provided. The introduced method in this paper is conducive to broadening the students' thinking. Students can further understand the physical meaning of moment of inertia and master the method for calculating the moment of inertia.
