改良KARL-STORZ单孔腹腔镜系统行胆囊切除术的临床应用

Clinical Application of Modified Transumbilical Single-port Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy under KARL-STORZ System

目的探讨改良KARLSTORZ单孔腹腔镜系统行胆囊切除术的临床应用价值。方法对2014年3月至2017年10月120例接受改良KARLSTORZ单孔腹腔镜系统行胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,评价其临床应用效果及价值。结果120例手术均获成功,其中96例实现单孔,手术时间30-160min,平均62min。无并发症发生。术后平均3d出院,患者对治疗及美容效果满意。结论改良KARLSTORZ单孔腹腔镜系统行胆囊切除术安全可行,但与传统腹腔镜胆囊切除术相比,操作难度增加,对术者技术要求较高。术后3月腹壁无明显可见瘢痕,美容效果突出,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of modified transumbilical single - port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (TUSPLC) under KARL - STORZ System. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 120 cases undergoing TUSPLC under KARL - STORZ System;the clinical application value and clinical effect were discussed. Results Surgery success was gained in all the 120 cases and 96 cases had the laparoscopic cholecystectomy with single port;the operation duration lasted from 30 min to 160 min with the average of 62 min;no post - operative complications occurred;the average discharge time was 3 days;the cases were satisfied with the curative effect and cosmetic result. Conclusions The modified TUSPLC under KARL - STORZ system is worthy of wider clinical application;safe and feasible with no obvious scars on the abdominal wall 3 months after surgery and good cosmetic effect while it is of a greater complication in operation and a higher requirement of skills for surgeons.
