舟山群岛旅游业与水资源安全耦合协调研究

The Research on Coupling Coordination between Tourism and Water Resource Security in Zhoushan Islands

在阐述旅游业与水资源安全耦合协调机理的基础上,构建舟山群岛旅游业系统与水资源安全系统的评价指标体系,并通过加权TOPSIS法、耦合协调度模型分析2001~2017年舟山群岛旅游业与水资源安全两系统的耦合协调特征。结果表明:舟山群岛旅游业系统与水资源安全系统综合评价指数整体上均呈上升态势,但水资源安全系统综合评价指数波动较大,增长较慢;两系统耦合协调度整体呈持续增长态势,由中度失调转变为初级协调,但耦合协调程度依然偏低;两系统耦合协调类型经历了从旅游业发展滞后型到水资源安全滞后型的演变过程,水资源安全成为制约耦合协调度进一步提升的障碍因素。

On the basis of explaining the coupling and coordination mechanism of tourism and water resources security, the evaluation index system of tourism and water resources security system in Zhoushan Islands are established. The coupling and coordination characteristics of tourism and water resources security system in Zhoushan Islands from 2001~2017 are analyzed by weighted TOPSIS method and coupling coordination model. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of tourism system and water resources security system of Zhoushan Islands are on the rise as a whole, but the comprehensive evaluation index of water resources security system fluctuates greatly and increases slowly.The overall coupling coordination degree of the two systems is on the rise, from moderate imbalance to primary coordination. However, the degree of coupling and coordination is still low.The coupling and coordination types of the two systems have experienced a process from tourism development lag to water resource security lag, and the water resourcesecurity has become an obstacle to the improvement of the coupling and coordination degree.
