摘要
目的探讨能谱CT血管钙化参数与腹主动脉钙化指数的相关性。方法回顾性选取2018年5月到2018年7月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院收治的行能谱CT腹部平扫的肾内科患者30例,对其能谱腹部CT平扫数据进行分析。首先测量常规指标腹主动脉钙化指数,同时获得腹主动脉钙化容积重建的钙(水)基物质图,记录腹主动脉钙化体积、腹主动脉平均钙化浓度,并计算腹主动脉钙化评分,观察能谱CT血管钙化参数与腹主动脉钙化指数的相关性。结果腹主动脉钙化指数、钙化体积与腹主动脉钙化积分之间呈极强相关性(r>0.8),钙化平均浓度与腹主动钙化指数、钙化体积和腹主动脉钙化积分3个参数呈强正相关性(0.6<r<0.8)。结论使用能谱CT对腹主动脉钙化进行分析是较为可靠的方法,能更好地体现血管钙化的特性。
Objective To discuss the correlation between gemstone spectral CT vascular calcification parameters and aortic calcification index. Methods Thirty patients were retrospectively selected in the department of nephrology of Beijing friendship hospital from May 2018 to July 2018. Abdominal gemstone spectral CT scans were performed on all patients and the data were analyzed. Abdominal aortic calcification index was obtained from the CT scan. Diagram of calcium (water) base material was generated for the volume rendering images of abdominal aortic. Abdominal aortic calcification volume,mean concentration and calcification scores were recorded. The relationship between the aortic calcification index and vascular calcification parameters was analyzed. Results There was a strong correlation between the abdominal aortic calcification index,calcification volume and the calcification score ( r >0.8). The mean calcium concentration was positively correlated with abdominal aortic calcification index,abdominal aortic calcification volume and calcification scores (0.6< r <0.8). Conclusion Gemstone spectral CT is a reliable method to analyze the calcification of abdominal aorta,which can better reflect the characteristics of vascular calcification.
