摘要 秦皇岛地理标志产品面临着品牌知名度和竞争力相对较弱等问题。通过战略管理中的PEST模型从政治、经济、社会和技术角度分析其宏观环境及发展现状,提出了加强品牌化建设、拓展销售渠道、提高产品品质等秦皇岛地理标志发展对策。 Qinhuangdao’s geographical indication products are facing problems such as relatively weak brand awareness and competitiveness. This essay analyzes the macro-environment and development status from political, economic, social and technical perspectives using the PEST model for strategic management, and proposes developmental countermeasures for Qinhuangdao’s geographical indications, including intensifying branding efforts, expanding sales channels and improving the quality of products.
