摘要
主要以高度较高、轨距较小的门式启闭机门架为主题,分析了其主梁在设计中宜采用的结构形式,并校核了主梁的强度及刚度。另外还分析了此类型门架为何行走时候晃动较大的原因,并提出了解决办法,同时提出门架设计中的相关建议。
This paper mainly focuses on the frame of gantry crane with high height and small gauge , and analyzes the most suitable structure of the main girder in the design, and checks the strength and rigidity. In addition, this paper analyzes the reason why this type of frame is swaying severely when walking and proposes solutions. Finally, this paper put forwards three suggestions for the design of frame.
