为了在规划阶段统筹考虑道路空间、风貌保护及城市空间等,进行了红线调整阶段的综合改造规划,为后续的工程设计提供依据。以海伦西路地区风貌保护为前提,将关注对象从单纯的道路拓展到整体街道空间,统筹考虑了交通功能与风貌保护的平衡协调,对规划道路红线进行了调整。根据道路综合改造的理念,将城市空间、历史风貌、地块功能等要素统筹考虑,在规划阶段对道路尺度进行分析,并对道路断面进行了优化设计。
