摘要
为了在规划阶段统筹考虑道路空间、风貌保护及城市空间等,进行了红线调整阶段的综合改造规划,为后续的工程设计提供依据。以海伦西路地区风貌保护为前提,将关注对象从单纯的道路拓展到整体街道空间,统筹考虑了交通功能与风貌保护的平衡协调,对规划道路红线进行了调整。根据道路综合改造的理念,将城市空间、历史风貌、地块功能等要素统筹考虑,在规划阶段对道路尺度进行分析,并对道路断面进行了优化设计。
In order to consider the road space, style protection and urban space as a whole in the planning stage, the comprehensive reconstruction planning in the red line adjustment stage is carried out to provide a basis for the subsequent engineering design. On the premise of the style protection of Hailun west road area, the object of attention is expanded from the pure road to the overall street space, and the balance and coordination between the traffic function and the style protection are considered as a whole, and the red line of the planned road is adjusted. According to the concept of comprehensive road reconstruction, urban space, historical features, land functions and other elements are considered as a whole, and the road scale is analyzed in the planning stage, and the road section is optimized.
