后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗局限性肾癌的效果

Effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of localized renal cell carcinoma

目的探讨后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗局限性肾癌的效果。方法选取我院2015年3月~2018年10月收治的80例局限性肾癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组方法分为实验组(40例)与对照组(40例)。实验组采用后腹腔镜肾部分切除术,对照组采用开放肾部分切除术。比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、住院总费用,术后并发症总发生率,肾功能各项指标。结果实验组患者的住院时间短于对照组,住院总费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的各项肾功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗局限性肾癌,具有恢复块,疗效好、费用低等优点,对肾功能影响小,可应用于临床治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of localized renal cell carcinoma.Methods Eighty patients with localized renal cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to October 2018 were selected as study objects.They were divided into the experimental group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to the random grouping method.The experimental group was given retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy,while the control group was given open renal partial resection.The operation time,hospital stay,total hospitalization cost,total incidence of postoperative complications and various renal function indicators were compared in partients between the two groups.Results The hospital stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the total hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in various renal function indicators between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of localized renal cell carcinoma has the advantages of quick recovery,good curative effect and low cost,and little impact on renal function,which can be used in clinical treatment.
