围术期优质护理对腹股沟疝患儿康复效果的影响

Influence of perioperative quality nursing on the rehabilitation effect of children with inguinal hernia

目的探讨围术期优质护理对腹股沟疝患儿康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年2月~2018年7月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院儿外科进行手术治疗的82例腹股沟疝患儿作为研究对象,根据患儿的手术顺序编号将单号患儿纳入对照组,将双号患儿纳入观察组,每组各41例。对照组患儿采取常规护理方法,观察组患儿进行围术期优质护理干预。护理工作完成后,从患儿术后下床时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况和手术治疗费用几个方面对两组的护理效果进行评价。结果观察组的术后下床时间和住院时间短于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,手术治疗费用少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹股沟疝患儿进行围术期优质护理干预,能够有效提高患儿的康复效果。

Objective To explore the influence of perioperative quality nursing on the rehabilitation effect of children with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 82 children with inguinal hernia who received surgical treatment in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from February 2017 to July 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the serial number of the operation,the children with single number were included in the control group,and the children with double number were included in the observation group,41 cases in each group.The children of the control group were given conventional nursing methods,the children of the observation group were given perioperative quality nursing intervention.After the completion of the nursing work,the nursing effect was evaluated from several aspects including the time of getting out of bed,the length of stay in hospital,the incidence of postoperative complications and the cost of surgical treatment.Results The time of getting out of bed and the length of stay in hospital in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the cost of surgical treatment of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative quality nursing intervention for children with inguinal hernia can effectively improved the rehabilitation effect of children.
