Efficient self-service terminal implementation technology for petrochemical enterprises

文中通过对石化企业销售制卡业务需求和现有相关的业务系统进行分析,设计并实现了一种运行在多硬件集成平台上的自助制卡POS交易系统,并介绍了关键技术的实现细节。该系统不仅可以通过WebService很好的与相关业务系统实现互通互联,而且对PBOC流程进行了改进和优化,在能够满足PBOC流程要求的基础上实现与银行之间的交易操作,具有良好的灵活性、可维护性。该系统已经成功运行在自助终端设备上,实际测试中表现出良好的效率和可靠性。该系统与以往的人工窗口制卡操作相比,平均受理每位用户的制卡业务能够节约75%的时耗,并且交易模块运行的时间能够稳定在2秒至4秒之间。

By analyzing the petrochemical enterprise sales card business requirements and the existing relevant business systems,a self-service card POS transaction system running on hardware integration platform is proposed and implemented,and the key technology in detail is introduced.The system can not only interconnect with related business systems through WebService,but also improve and optimize the PBOC process,realize the transaction operation with the bank on the basis of meeting the requirements of the PBOC process,has good flexibility and maintainability.The system has been successfully run on self-service terminal equipment,and has shown good performance and reliability through testing in the actual production environment.Compared with the previous manual window business card printing operations,the system can save 75% of time consumption on average for each user’s business card printing,and the operation time of the transaction module can be stable between 2 seconds and 4 seconds.
