摘要
针对飞机弹射救生系统在紧急情况下作用时因机舱内外气压不平衡而可能引起弹射事故的问题,文中基于FPGA设计了一种气压平衡器,该气压平衡器可以根据飞机当前飞行高度与机舱内外气压差,计算出使机舱内外气压差达到平衡所需要的延时时间T,并精确延时时间T后释放高压电能完成高压点火器的点火,执行后续的抛盖和弹射功能。经过测试,延时精度为±2%。
The aircraft ejector rescue system act in emergency may cause an ejection accident due to unbalanced air pressure inside and outside the cabin, so a pressure balance controller based on FPGA is designed. It can calculate the delay time T , which needed to balance the air pressure difference according to the current flying height of the aircraft and the pressure difference, release high-voltage power after precise delay time T to complete ignition of high-voltage igniter, then perform subsequent capping and ejection functions. Test shows that the delay accuracy is ±2%.
