浅析低温下钢结构焊接的质量控制

摘要 钢结构工程冬季施工不可避免地涉及低温焊接,也是我国钢结构施工中不可回避的话题。冬季低温环境下,由于焊接温度与环境温度相差较大,焊缝热胀冷缩急剧,造成焊缝出现裂纹。因此,相比较常温下焊接,应制定更加严格的技术保证措施。论文以呼和浩特市高架桥钢箱梁的低温焊接为例,以期对焊接质量的控制起到参考作用。 The construction of steel structures in winter inevitably involves low temperature welding, which is also an unavoidable subject in the construction of steel structure in China. In the low temperature environment of winter, due to the great difference between the welding temperature and the environment temperature, the thermal expansion and cold shrinkage of the weld seam are rapid, which will cause cracks in the weld seam. Therefore, more stringent technical assurance measures should be formulated compared with normal temperature welding. In this paper, the low temperature welding of steel box girder in Hohhot viaduct is taken as an example, hoping to play a reference role in the control of welding quality.
