摘要
绩效管理是人力资源管理工作的核心,然而私营企业在绩效管理中往往存在很多问题。论文分析了影响私营企业绩效管理的因素,并提出了相应的优化对策,这有利于私营企业发现自己绩效管理的缺陷,通过正确的对策及方法提升企业绩效管理效力,从而使私营企业在激烈的市场竞争中蒸蒸日上。
Performance management is the core of human resource management, but there often exists many problems in the performance management of private enterprises. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the performance management of private enterprises, and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures, which is conducive to the private enterprises to find their own deficiencies in performance management, and improve the effectiveness of enterprise performance management through the correct countermeasures and methods, so that private enterprises can flourish in the fierce market competition.
