Discussion on How to Improve the Planning Capacity of Urban and Rural Planning and Construction Management

随着我国城镇化发展的不断深入,城市建设日新月异,城乡规划建设越来越显现出混乱和不协调的特征,提高城乡规划建设管理规划能力成为当务之急。论文介绍了城乡规划建设中存在的问题,并提出了几点改进措施。

With the deepening of China's urbanization development, the urban construction changes rapidly, and the urban and rural planning and construction are showing more and more chaotic and uncoordinated characteristics, so it is imperative to improve the management and planning capacity of urban and rural planning and construction. This paper introduces the problems existing in urban and rural planning and puts forward some improvement measures.
