How to strengthen the contractor project management is an important issue for the people. Starting from the current safety management problems of contractors in the equipment maintenance operation of power generation enterprises, this paper finds out the mode of safety management project of enterprise contractors in line with the new situation, and improves the safety management level of contractors by strictly applying the "six passes" and innovating the management mode, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of unsafe events.
