摘要
激励机制在人力资源管理中十分重要,只有意识到激励员工的重要性,才能制定出科学的激励机制,进而发挥人力资源管理的作用。论文系统地阐述激励机制在企业人力资源管理中的应用,旨在提高企业人力资源竞争力,为企业实施发展战略奠定基础。
Incentive mechanism is very important in human resource management. Only when employees are aware of the importance of incentive, can a scientific incentive mechanism be developed, and then the funtion of human resource management can be played. This paper systematically expounds the application of incentive mechanism in enterprise human resource management, aiming to improve enterprise human resource competitiveness and lay a foundation for enterprise to implement development strategy.
