建筑工程在我国城市化建设过程中逐渐占据重要地位,工程造价管理成为影响建筑工程质量的关键环节。因此,建筑企业应当重视利用BIM技术实现建筑工程的造价管理,从而有效控制建筑成本及其风险。论文对BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用及效益进行了重点分析。

Construction engineering plays an important role in the process of urbanization in China. The engineering cost management becomes the key link that affects the quality of construction engineering. Therefore, construction enterprises should attach importance to BIM technology to realize cost management of construction projects, so as to effectively control construction costs and risks. This paper mainly analyzes the application of BIM technology in engineering cost management and its benefit.
