摘要
航天制造企业的生产管理活动处于整个项目生命周期的施工阶段和动用前准备阶段,主要包括结构件生产、总装测试、评审验收、交付等内容,是型号项目管理中的最主要阶段之一,时间跨度长,专业门类多,管理内容十分复杂。论文将网络计划原理和航天制造企业的计划管理进行有机结合,利用网络计划中科学的表达方法和管理方式提升生产组织的科学性、体系性和统一性,加强生产知识的传承性。
The production management activity of aerospace manufacturing enterprises is at the construction stage and pre-operational preparation stage of the entire project life cycle. It mainly includes the production of structural parts, assembly testing, evaluation and acceptance, and delivery, and it is one of the most important stages in model project management. It has a long time span, many professional categories, and the management content of which is very complicated. This paper organically combines the principle of network planning with the planning management of aerospace manufacturing enterprises, and uses the scientific expression method and management method in network planning to enhance the scientific, systematic and unified nature of production organizations and strengthen the transmission of production knowledge.
