The Reform and Enlightenment of American Postgraduate Education

近年来,中国的研究生教育规模不断扩大,取得了不错的成绩。但也存在质量下降、创新能力不强等各种问题。论文对美国研究生教育的发展、现状及其特征进行了分析,并提出可借鉴的美国研究生教育的改革措施,包括全球招生、“双轨模式”等提升研究生培养质量的措施,以期对国内研究生教育具有启示意义。

In recent years, the scale of postgraduate education in China has been continuously expanded and achieved good results. However, there are also various problems such as declining quality and weak innovation ability. This paper analyzes the development, current situation and characteristics of American postgraduate education, and puts forward some reform measures that can be used for reference in American postgraduate education, such as the global enrollment, "dual-track mode" and other measures to improve the quality of postgraduate education, so as to provide some enlightenment for domestic graduate education.
