摘要
论文从组织质量特异性免疫出发,研究其对组织学习、创新绩效、质量绩效和企业绩效四个要素的影响,通过建立影响效应概念模型,分析具体的影响效应,并用Bootstrap方法进行实证分析。
Starting from the organizational quality specific immunity, this paper studies its influence on the four factors of organizational learning, innovation performance, quality performance and enterprise performance. By establishing a conceptual model of influence effect, the paper analyzes the specific influence effect and uses Bootstrap method for empirical analysis.
