新工科背景下应用型本科院校课程建设实践与创新研究——以食品工程原理课为例

Research on the Practice and Innovation of Curriculum Construction in Application-Oriented Universities in the Context of New Engineering Education——Take the Principles of Food Engineering an Example

分析了食品工程原理课程特点,提出在新工科背景下,以工程教育理念为导向,结合应用型高校办学定位,制定出课程建设框架,从师资队伍、课程内容、教学手段、考核评价方式等方面开展课程建设,通过教学实践,学生学习主动性明显提高,教学成果显著.

The characteristics of the course of Food Engineering Principles are analyzed, and the framework of course construction is worked out based on the background of new engineering education, the concept of engineering education, and the new orientation of university education from the aspects of staff building, course contents, teaching methods, assessment and evaluation methods. The practice of the new course shows that initiative of students’ learning and the efficiency of teaching are obviously improved.
