引气混凝土滑模施工质量控制

Quality Control Technology for Sliding Form Construction of Air-entraining Concrete

摘要 引气混凝土在水泥混凝土路面滑模施工中的应用愈发广泛,为了对其施工质量进行精确控制,从引气剂原材料选择、合理含气量的确定、拌和温度对含气量的影响控制等方面对引气混凝土滑模施工质量控制技术进行了分析总结。结果表明,对于引气剂种类的选择应在相应试验基础上通过引气性能、稳泡性能和引气混凝土中气泡结构来进行对比选择,施工中宜将引气混凝土含气量控制在3.5%~4.8%,应采取相应措施对原材料进行降温处理,拌和温度控制在40℃以下。 Air-entraining concrete has been more and more widely used in slipform construction of cement concrete pavement. In order to control its construction quality accurately,in this paper,the quality control technology of air-entraining concrete slipform construction has been summed up from three aspects: selection of air-entraining agent raw materials,determination of reasonable air content,and control of influence of mixing temperature on air content. The results have shown that as for the selection of air-entraining agent types,the air-entrainment performance,foam stabilization performance and air bubble structure in air-entrainment concrete should be compared and selected on the basis of the corresponding tests;during the construction process,the air content of air-entrainment concrete should be controlled at 3.5-4.8%;during the construction process,corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the temperature of raw materials,and the mixing temperature should be controlled below 40℃.
