摘要
创业学习是创业实践领域备受关注的话题之一,大学生作为最受关注的创业群体之一,使得大学生创业学习的研究势在必行。文章从行为主义、认知主义、建构主义、人本主义和关联主义五种学习视角来剖析创业学习,总结出互联网时代大学生创业学习的三种特征,未来大学生创业学习应该更关注创业学习的前置因素,提升其创业胜任力,构建基于大学生需求的创业学习模型。
Entrepreneurial learning is one of the topics of great concern in the field of entrepreneurship practice. As one of the most concerned entrepreneurial groups, college students make research on entrepreneurial learning is imperative.This paper analyzes entrepreneurial learning from the perspectives of behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, humanism and relevanceism, and summarizes the three characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial learning in the Internet era. College students' entrepreneuriallearning should pay more attention to the antecedents of entrepreneurial learning, enhance their entrepreneurship competence and constructing entrepreneurship learning model based on the needs of college students.
