新媒体视域下高校辅导员职业能力提升的路径研究

随着新媒体的快速发展,大学生获取信息的方式丰富了,打破了高校思想政治教育的传统途径,受到新媒体网络环境的冲击,开展大学生思想政治教育、提升教育教学质量也面临了前所未有的变革。高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育和学生管理的主要队伍,而高校辅导员的职业能力水平将直接影响着大学生思想政治教育质量。研究新媒体技术发展对高校辅导员工作带来的影响和面临挑战,阐述新媒体环境对辅导员的职业能力提升的要求,同时,就如何提升高校辅导员职业能力进行了路径探析。

With the rapid development of new media, college students' access to information has been enriched and the traditional way of ideological and political education has been broken.Under the impact of the new media network environment, the ideological and political education of college students and the improvement of the quality of education and teaching are also facing unprecedented changes.College counselors are the main team to carry out ideological and political education and student management of college students, and their professional ability level will directly affect the quality of ideological and political education of college students.This paper studies the impact and challenges of the development of new media technology on the work of college counselors, expounds the requirements of the new media environment for the improvement of counselors' professional competence, and probes into the ways to improve college counselors' professional competence.
