“学习心理学”视域下高职院校学风育人机制的实践——以浙江农业商贸职业学院财会金融系为例 被引量:2

摘要 2016年,习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上提出要坚持不懈培育优良校风和学风。为进一步建设优良学风,我系结合高校学风建设的新要求,并运用学习心理学等相关理论,以增强学生学习动机为切入点,实行“内外结合”的学风育人机制,在外部创建浓厚的学习氛围,并通过“学习目标化管理”项目,增强学生内在动力。实施以来,我系优良学风逐渐形成,多次被学校领导表扬,学生学习成果收获累累,学习主动性得到明显提升,取得了明显的“学风育人”成效。该机制的形成和实施,也为其他高职类院校提供了可供借鉴的经验。 In 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities to persevere in cultivating excellent school spirit and style of study. In order to further build a good academic atmosphere, our department combines the new requirements of the construction of academic style in colleges and universities, and uses relevant theories such as learning psychology to enhance students' learning motivation as the starting point, and implements the "inside-out" combination of the learning style mechanism to create a strong external learning atmosphere and enhance the students' internal motivation through the "Learning Goal Management" project. Since the implementation, our excellent academic style has gradually formed, and has been praised by the school leaders for many times. The students' learning results have been harvested, the learning initiative has been significantly improved, and achieved an obvious result on "learning style". The formation and implementation of this mechanism also provide lessons for other higher vocational colleges.
