高职市场营销专业课程整合与学生职业能力培养

摘要 随着经济的不断发展,社会和企业对人才提出了更高的要求,导致学生的就业压力越来越大。为应对这一情况,高职院校培养出符合社会需求的具有职业能力的市场营销专业人才,迫在眉睫。为实现高职市场营销专业课程的整合,提升学生的职业能力,作者对高职市场营销专业课程教学现状进行了全方位、深层次地分析,并在此基础上探析了高职市场营销专业课程整合的意义,最后探究了高职市场营销专业课程整合与学生职业能力培养策略,给出了作者具有代表性的个人建议。 With the continuous development of the economy,society and enterprises have put forward higher requirements for talents,which leads to more and more pressure on students'employment.In order to cope with this situation,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to cultivate marketing professionals with professional ability to meet the needs of society.In order to realize the integration of marketing courses in higher vocational colleges and improve students'professional competence,the author makes a comprehensive and deep analysis of the current teaching situation of marketing courses in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,the author probes into the significance of the integration of marketing courses inhigher vocational colleges,and finally explores the strategies for the integration of marketing courses in higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of students'professional competence,and gives the author's representative personal recommendations.
