摘要
高本三二分段课程体系的构建不是简单的将高职课程体系叠加上本科课程,而是要在深入研究高职、本科人才培养方案,邀请行业企业专家进行职业能力分析的基础上,明确高职、本科的培养目标,两校共同研究制定五年一贯制人才培养方案,构建梯次递进、内容衔接的课程体系。在制定转段考核方案时,既要考核学生的专业能力,也要考核学生的基本素质考核;而且还要对学生进行专业专项能力训练,这样既能保证升学的学生完成专业知识面较宽、较扎实的学习,也能使直接从高职毕业的学生加强综合能力训练,满足高职毕业对技术技能的要求。
The construction of the three-two-stage curriculum system of linking higher vocational college and undergraduate college is not simply to overlap the curriculum system of higher vocational education with undergraduate courses, but to make clear the training objectives of higher vocational education and undergraduate courses on the basis of in-depth study of the training programs of higher vocational and undergraduate talents, inviting experts of industry and enterprise to carry out vocational ability analysis. The two schools jointly study and formulate a five-year consistent talent training program, and build a progressive and content-linked curriculum system. When drawing up the evaluation plan of the transition period, we should examine not only the students' professional ability, but also the students' basic quality and the students' special professional ability training. In addition, it is necessary to distribute teaching according to the actual situation, so as to ensure that the students who enter higher education can complete a wider and more solid study of professional knowledge, and that the students who graduate directly from higher vocational colleges can strengthen comprehensive ability training to meet the requirements of technical skills for higher vocational graduates.
