四十年来,改革与开放不断推动我国教育事业迈向现代化、国际化。广东省作为改革开放的前沿阵地和教育大省,积极利用改革开放政策的“天时”,地处沿海、毗邻港澳的“地利”,以及广东人务实创新、敢为天下先等“人和”等因素,在教育领域不断求改革、谋发展、国际化,推动我国教育市场向世界敞开大门。

Over the past 40 years, reform and opening up have continuously promoted the modernization and internationalization of China's education. As a frontier of reform and opening up and a major province of education, located in the coastal areas, Guangdong Province actively uses the advantageous time of the reform and opening up policy, and is adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao, as well as the pragmatic innovation of Guangdong people and so on. With those factors, Guangdong constantly seeks reform, development, and internationalization, and promotes the opening of China's education market to the world.
