花瓣形CuO材料的制备和性能测试实验教学设计

摘要 该文将材料科学、基础实验教学和当前电化学研究工作相结合,采用简单的化学水浴法制备花瓣形CuO作为锂离子电池负极材料,开展材料表征、扣式电池组装和电化学性能测试实验教学。通过此实验教学开设,使学生了解锂离子电池充放电原理,掌握锂离子电池的封装工艺及电池测试方法,加深材料科学基础知识在电化学领域的应用,提高学生创新意识和自主学习能力。 Combining material science,basic experimental teaching andcurrent electronchemical research work,flower-like CuO was prepared by a simple chemical water bathe method as a negative electrode material for lithium ion batteries,and material teaching,button cell assembly and ecletrochemical performance test experiments were carried out.Throug the experimental teaching,students can understand the charging and discharging principle of lithium ion batteries,master the packaging process and battery testing methods of lithium ion batteries,deepen the application of basic knowledge of material science in the field of electrochemistry,and improve students’ sense of innovation and self-lerning ability.
