摘要
该文在分析实验技术人员现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了实验技术队伍建设的激励机制。激励机制的主要内容如下:强调顶层设计,重视激励措施的制度化;注重量化管理和考核的科学性;引入竞争,优胜劣汰,强化退出机制;加强对实验技术人员的培训,提高其自身素质;营造文化管理的氛围,重视发挥高层次人才的带头作用,优化结构,稳定队伍。这些激励机制的提出为建设高水平的实验室奠定了良好的基础,为应用型本科院校的转型升级提供强有力的支撑。
Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of experimental technicians, this paper proposes an incentive mechanism for the construction of experimental technical teams. The main contents of the incentive mechanism are as flows: Emphasize top-layer design and attach importance to the institutionalization of incentive measures. Focus on the scientific nature of quantitative management and assessment. Introduce competition, survive the fittest, and strengthen the exit mechanism. Strengthen the training of experimental technicians and improve their own quality. Create an atmosphere of cultural management, attach importance to the leading role of high-level talents, optimize the structure, and stabilize the team. The proposal of these incentive mechanism has laid a good foundation for the construction of high-level laboratories, and provided strong support for the transformation and upgrading of applied undergraduate colleges.
