The Philosophical Implication of Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央致力于坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,把党的建设放在坚持和发展中国特色社会主义首位,对党的建设全领域、各方面的重要问题作了马克思主义的系统回答,形成了习近平党建思想。习近平党建思想,坚持从实际出发,鲜明提出“全面从严治党”的战略思想,蕴含着实事求是的哲学意蕴;坚持充分发挥人的能动作用,突出强调全面从严治党“永远在路上”的战略恒心,蕴含着发挥人的主观能动性的哲学意蕴;坚持“两点论”和“重点论”,局部突破,整体推进,蕴含着唯物辩证法的哲学意蕴;坚持人民立场,聚焦人民价值取向,充分彰显“不忘初心、牢记使命”的价值情怀,蕴含着群众史观的哲学意蕴。这些都集中体现了中国共产党人卓越的马克思主义哲学智慧和强烈的历史担当。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has been devoted to upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,and has put the work of party building in the prior place of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,provided systematic Marxist answers to important questions of all fields and aspects of party building,and thus formed Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building.Being realistic,Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building explicitly brings forward the strategic thought that “party governance is requisite for governing the country and strict discipline for party governance”,containing the philosophical implication of seeking truth from facts;persists in the appropriate utilization of people’s active role and stresses the strategic perseverance of “always on the way”,containing the philosophical implication of people’s activity;sticks to the “two-point” and “key point” arguments and balances partial breakthrough with holistic advancement,containing the philosophical implication of materialistic dialectics;and persists in the people’s standpoint and value orientation,and demonstrates the feelings of original aspiration and mission,containing the philosophical implication of the mass conception of history.All these embody the Marxist philosophical wisdom and historical responsibility of Chinese communists.
