The Achievements and Experiences of China’s Rural Reform and Development

自1978年以来,中国农村历经改革与发展,取得了举世瞩目的成就,确立并完善了以家庭承包经营为基础的双层农业经营体制,构建了结构多元的中国特色社会主义农村市场经济体系。在农村改革与发展过程中积累了宝贵的经验,主要体现为始终坚持党的领导组织保障,坚持解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,坚持把“三农”放在优先位置,坚持市场化改革,坚持城乡统筹协调,坚持农村法治建设等。这些经验为新时代乡村振兴打下了坚实的基础,为乡村振兴战略的成功实施提供了制度保障。

Since 1978,Chinese rural areas have,made achievements attracting worldwide attention through reform and development,established and perfected the dual-layer agricultural operating system based on household contract management,and built up the structurally diversified,rural market economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Enriched experiences have been accumulated during the process of rural reform and development,which are mainly embodied in adhering to the organizational guarantee of the Party’s leadership,adhering to the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from the facts,adhering to giving priority to the three rural issues,adhering to the market-oriented reform,adhering to the urban-rural coordination,adhering to the rule of law in rural areas,and so on.These experiences have laid a solid foundation for the rural revitalization in the new era,and provided valuable references for the successful implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
