布洛芬混悬液联合羚羊角颗粒治疗小儿感染性高热的临床效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨布洛芬混悬液联合羚羊角颗粒治疗小儿感染性高热的临床效果。方法选取2018年4~10月我院收治的66例小儿急性上呼吸道感染高热患者作为研究对象,以计算机随机分组法分为实验组(n=32)和对照组(n=34)。对照组给予布洛芬混悬液治疗,实验组实施布洛芬混悬液与羚羊角颗粒联合治疗,对比两组服药前、用药后1h、用药后3h的体温水平以及不良反应的差异。结果实验组用药后1、3h的体温水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿急性上呼吸道感染高热患者接受布洛芬混悬液与羚羊角颗粒联合治疗的价值较高。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ibuprofen Suspension combined with Antelope Horn Granules in the treatment of infectious hyperthermia in children. Methods A total of 66 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and high fever in our hospital from April to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the experimental group (n=32) and the control group (n=34) according to computer random grouping method. The control group was treated with Ibuprofen Suspension. The experimental group was treated with Ibuprofen Suspension and Antelope Horn Granule. The body temperature levels and the differences of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before administration, 1 h and 3 h after administration. Results The body temperature level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 1 h and 3 h after treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Ibuprofen Suspension and Antelope Horn Granule is of high value in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and hyperthermia.
