智能信息化APP在手术室质量管理评价系统构建中的应用效果

Application effect of intelligent information APP in construction of operating room quality management evaluation system

目的探讨智能信息化APP在手术室质量管理评价系统构建中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1~12月于我院手术室工作的100名护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,各50名。对照组采用传统的纸质版质控控制评价系统进行评估,实验组采用智能信息化APP评价系统进行评估,比较两组的质控满意率、准确率。结果实验组的质控准确率(96.25%)显著高于对照组(92.00%)(P<0.05);实验组的护士总满意度(96.00%)显著高于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.05);实验组的记录护理问题时间、反馈登记科室记录时间及质量控制评价时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论智能信息化APP能有效提高质控准确率、工作效率及护士满意度,全面提升改进护理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent information APP in the construction of quality management evaluation system in operating room. Methods A total of 100 nurses working in the operating room of our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as subjects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 nurses in each group. The control group was assessed by the traditional paper quality control evaluation system, and the experimental group was assessed by the intelligent information APP evaluation system. The satisfaction and the accuracy rate of quality control were compared between the two groups. Results The accuracy rate of quality control in the experimental group (96.25%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (92.00%)(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nurses in the experimental group (96.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.00%)(P<0.05). The recording time of nursing problems, the recording time of feedback registration department and the evaluation time of quality control in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intelligent informatization APP can effectively improve the accuracy of quality control, work efficiency and nurse satisfaction, and improve the quality of nursing.
