临床护理路径在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing pituitary tumor resection via transsphenoidal approach

目的探讨临床护理路径在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年4月我院收治的94例行经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者作为研究对象,按照随机方法分为观察组(47例)和对照组(47例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用临床护理路径。比较两组的术前等待时间、术后住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率、护理总满意度。结果观察组术前等待时间略短于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术后,容易出现各种并发症,临床护理路径的应用,减少了并发症的发生,促进了患者的术后恢复,效果理想,具备推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection. Methods A total of 94 patients who underwent transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection from January 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random method, they were divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (47 cases). The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was given clinical nursing path. The preoperative waiting time, postoperative hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, complication rate and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time of patients in the observation group was slightly shorter than that in the control group (P>0.05), the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05), the hospitalization cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection is prone to various complications. The application of clinical nursing pathway can reduce the complications and promote the postoperative recovery of patients. The effect is ideal and has promote value.
