摘要
建立用高效液相色谱法测定洋金花药材中东莨菪碱含量的方法,对7种不同产地的洋金花进行了质量评价。结果显示,广东、江苏、湖南、四川、云南等5个产地的洋金花药材中,东莨菪碱的含量均符合药典标准,其中江苏产地的洋金花药材中东莨菪碱的含量最高。分别采用酸水浸渍、乙醇浸渍、乙醇回流、有机溶剂超声法,对洋金花药材进行提取,检测提取物中东莨菪碱的含量,考察了不同提取方法对东莨菪碱提取效率的影响。乙醇回流法得到提取物中东莨菪碱的含量高达0.34%,是2015版药典所记载酸水浸渍法提取物中东莨菪碱含量的2倍。
A HPLC method for determination of the content of scopolamine in Daturae Flos is established, and the qualities of Daturae Flos from seven different areas are evaluated. The results show that the content of scopolamine in Daturae Flos from Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hunan, Sichuan and Yunnan provinces meet the criterion of Pharmacopoeia. Among them, the content of scopolamine in Daturae Flos from Jiangsu province is the highest. Daturae Flos is extracted by several methods, including acid water immersion, ethanol immersion, ethanol reflux, and organic solvent ultrasonication, and the content of scopolamine in respective extract is determined to investigate the extraction efficiency. The content of scopolamine in these extracts obtained by ethanol refluxreaches 0.34%, which is double of that obtained by acid water immersion described in Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition.
