商城县新农村经济发展现存问题及对策分析

Existing Problems and Decision-making Analysis of New Rural Economic Development in Shangcheng County

持续良好的经济发展是中国社会主义新农村建设的一个重要内容和先决条件,这也直接关系到社会主义新农村建设的成败,进而影响到“三农”问题的解决。现从河南省信阳市商城县观庙镇、上石桥镇的经济现状、劳动力分布等调研成果的第一手资料入手,深入分析了当前新农村建设中经济发展、人才建设及其相关影响因素,指出了存在的问题,并提出着力培养新型农民;拓宽农民增收渠道;健全完善人才开发等对策,以期为中国新农村建设的发展提供一定的借鉴。

Sustainable and good economic development is an important content and prerequisite for the construction of new socialist countryside in China. It is also directly related to the success of the construction of new socialist countryside, and then affects the solution of the “three rural” problem. Starting from the first-hand data of the research results of Guanmiao Town and Shangshiqiao Town in Shangcheng County, Xinyang City, this paper deeply analyzed the economic development, talent construction and related factors in the current rural development, pointed out the existing problems, and put forward corresponding solutions in order to provide some reference for the decision-making of new rural construction in China.
