配电网D-PMU优化配置方法和软件实现技术 被引量:10

摘要 随着量测技术的不断发展,配电网同步相量测量装置(distribution phasor measurement unit,D-PMU)逐渐成熟并得到应用,科学合理的配置对配电网的运行监测及D-PMU的大规模推广具有重要意义。本文针对D-PMU优化配置问题,首先分别给出了满足系统可观性的一次性D-PMU优化配置方法,以及考虑测量冗余度和不可观测深度的分阶段优化配置方法和规划方案。其次考虑不同的应用场景,提出了适应多类型优化配置需求的D-PMU优化配置辅助决策软件系统体系架构、数据流图及具体模块设计流程图,构建了D-PMU优化配置辅助决策平台。最后基于广东某实际配电网进行应用分析,验证了本文所提方法的有效性。 With the continuous development of measurement technology,the distribution phasor measurement unit (D-PMU) has gradually matured and been applied.Reasonable configuration is of great significance for the operation monitoring of distribution network and the large-scale promotion of D-PMU.Firstly,one-shot optimal configuration method of D-PMU which meets system completely observability is presented,and the staged optimal configuration methods and planning schemes considering the measurement redundancy and unobservable depth are also provided in the paper.Secondly,considering different application scenarios,the system architecture,data flow diagram and specific module design flow chart of optimal D-PMU configuration assistant decision-making software system adapted to multi-type optimal configuration requirements are proposed,and the platform of optimal D-PMU configuration assistant decision-making for distribution network is constructed.Finally,based on a real distribution network in Guangdong,the application analysis is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
