摘要 结合实际经验及理论研究,针对滚动导轨抗震性差及使用不稳定等缺点,运用有限元软件ANSYS对影响导轨精度因素的主轴导轨系统进行了模态分析和计算,对相应零部件曲面进行优化设计,采用适当增加导轨表面硬度的方法提高导轨精度和使用寿命,并对导轨系统进行静力学仿真以确定自身静刚度,通过实验证实此导轨的高刚度性能。提出了设计时注重选材和受力分析计算,使用时也要注意防尘防护、润滑及适当预紧。 Based on practical experience and theoretical research,the authors use the finite element software ANSYS to analyze and calculate the modal analysis of the spindle guide rail system which affects the accuracy of the guide rail. The accuracy and service life of the guide rail are improved by appropriately increasing the surface hardness of the guide rail,and the static simulation of the guide rail system is performed to determine the static stiffness of the guide rail. The high stiffness performance of the guide rail is confirmed by experimental data. It is necessary to pay attention to material selection and force analysis calculation during design,and also pay attention to dust protection,lubrication and proper pre-tightening.
