摘要 为积极应对现阶段的城市转型发展趋势,解决“城市病”等问题,住房和城乡建设部提出“城市双修”的概念,即“生态修复和城市修补”。城市内的老旧空间则成了实践“城市双修”理念的重要场所。随着时间的推移,许多老公园都出现了不同程度的问题,因此将城市修补理论应用于老公园改造中十分必要。对上海3个老公园(昆山公园、凉城公园和世纪大道沿街植物园)的改造实践进行了研究。老公园目前面临的主要问题包括基础设施陈旧、绿化缺乏养护管理、功能布局无法满足现代生活需求、道路布局不合理且状况不良、空间开放性差和文化精神内涵丧失。针对上述问题,利用城市修补理论,总结了多种改造措施,包括修缮基础设施、提升绿化环境、完善道路结构、整合功能空间、增强开放性以及丰富精神文化内涵。最后对城市修补理论在上海老公园改造中的应用进行了总结与反思。 To cope with the current trends of urban transformation and solve the problem of "urban diseases", China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has put forward the strategy of "Ecological Restoration and Urban Renovation". The old urban space has become the important place to practice the theory. As time goes on, old parks have experienced different levels of aging. The application of the city repair theory in the renovation of old parks is very necessary. Through studying the reconstruction of 3 old parks in Shanghai, including Kunshan Park, Liangcheng Park, and Century Avenue Garden, the main problems that the old park facing at present are outdated infrastructure, lack of management of green space, inadequate functional layout to meet the needs of modern life, unreasonable road layout and poor condition, poor space openness, and the loss of cultural and spiritual connotation. In view of the above problems, this paper summarizes various transformation measures, including repairing infrastructure, improving green environment, improving road structure, integrating functional space, enhancing openness, and enriching spiritual and cultural connotation by using the theory of urban repair. Finally, the paper summarizes and reflects on the application of the urban repair theory in the reconstruction of Shanghai old parks.
