毫发金针联合芪夏消瘿汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床研究

Clinical study of Haofa Jinzhen combined with QiXia Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism

目的研究毫发金针联合芪夏消瘿汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)的临床效果。方法选择从2016年1月到2017年1月在医院接受治疗的甲亢患者186例纳入本次研究。按照随机数字法对患者分组,分成毫发金针组、芪夏消瘿汤组和联合治疗组,每组62例,毫发金针组给予毫发金针针刺治疗,芪夏消瘿汤组给予口服芪夏消瘿汤治疗,联合治疗组给予毫发金针针刺及口服芪夏消瘿汤的综合治疗,各组均治疗30天后对比疗效,分析对比治疗前后患者甲状腺相关激素水平及症状积分及不良反应。结果联合治疗组的显效率是69.35%,总有效率是96.77%,均分别明显高于毫发金针组的33.87%和85.48%,及芪夏消瘿汤组的37.10%和87.10%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合治疗组的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平较毫发金针组和芪夏消瘿汤组明显更低,促甲状腺素(TSH)较毫发金针组和芪夏消瘿汤组明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合治疗组的消瘦、烦躁易怒、多食和颈部肿大症状积分均分别较毫发金针组和芪夏消瘿汤组明显更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组经治疗后不良反应的总发生率是4.84%,与毫发金针组11.29%和芪夏消瘿汤组的9.68%相比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论应用毫发金针以及芪夏消瘿汤对甲亢患者实施治疗的疗效好,可明显改善患者的甲状腺相关激素水平及症状积分,且安全性也较高,值得给予推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Haofa Jinzhen combined with QiXia Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods 186 patients with hyperthyroidism who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the combined treatment group,Haofa Jinzhen group,QiXia Xiaoying Decoction group according to the digital method,62 cases in each group,the Haofa Jinzhen group was given Haofa Jinzhen acupuncture treatment,QiXia Xiaoying Decoction group was given QiXia Xiaoying Decoction oral treatment,combined treatment group was given Haofa Jinzhen acupuncture and QiXia Xiaoying Decoction oral treatment,the each group after treatment of 30d of thyroid hormone levels,symptom scores,and adverse reactions were compared. Results The effective rate of the combined treatment group was 69.35 %,and the total effective rate was 96.77 %,which were significantly higher than the Haofa Jinzhen group of 33.87 % and 85.48 %,and QiXia Xiaoying Decoction group of 37.10 % and 87.10 %,the difference was statistically significant (all P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of FT3 and FT4 levels in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Haofa Jinzhen group and QiXia Xiaoying Decoction group,TSH was significantly higher than that in the Haofa Jinzhen group and QiXia Xiaoying Decoction group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).After treatment,the symptoms score of weight loss,irritability,eating more ,neck swelling in combined treatment group was significantly lower than the Haofa Jinzhen group and QiXia Xiaoying Decoction group,the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was 4.84 %,compared with the Haofa Jinzhen group of 11.29 % and QiXia Xiaoying Decoction group of 9.68 %,the difference was not significant ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Effect of Haofa Jinzhen combined with QiXia Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of the patients with hyperthyroidism treated is better,which can significantly improve the thyroid hormone level and symptom score,and the safety is high,so it is worthy to be popularized.
