鹿血晶治疗消化道肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的临床观察

Clinical observation of cervus blood granule in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy

目的评价鹿血晶治疗消化道肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法将64例消化道肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制、中医辨证为肾阳虚的患者随机分为两组:对照组32例按照常规标准化疗方案进行化疗,治疗组32例采用在化疗的基础上口服鹿血晶中药饮片治疗。主要观察两组治疗前后骨髓抑制恢复情况及中医症候变化。结果治疗组白细胞减少、血红蛋白减少、血小板减少发生率均较对照组降低(P<0.05);治疗后白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板及中医症候提升总有效率,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鹿血晶能明显改善骨髓功能及中医症候,保证化疗顺利完成,服用方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Evaluate the clinical effects of cervus blood granule in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy. Methods 64 patients of gastrointestinal tumor on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy and kidney-yang deficiency were randomly divided into 2 groups,32cases in the treatment group treated with chemotherapy and cervus blood granule,32cases in the control group treated with chemotherapy only.Bone marrow suppression and TCM syndrome of the two groups before and after chemotherapy were compared. Results The occurrence rates of leukopenia/hemoglobin decreased /thrombocytopenia were lower in the treatment group( P < 0.05);The total effective rates of white blood cell count、hemoglobin count、blood platelet count and TCM syndrome after chemotherapy were compared,the treatment group superior to the control group( P < 0.05). Conclusion Cervus blood granule can improve bone marrow suppression and TCM syndrome,ensure succeed in chemotherapy ,convenient to take,and deserve further clinical popularization.
