随着大数据的不断发展,轨迹数据分析也被应用于社会各行各业之中,而高科技化、专业化、智能化犯罪等犯罪行为的频繁发生,致使刑事案件日益突显出其动态性、智能性、隐蔽性等新的特点。侦查机关为实现“主动预防、精确打击”的侦查效果,开始引入轨迹侦查方法。轨迹侦查既能创新侦查模式和提升侦查效能,又能变革侦查思维和推进情报侦查的新路径。

With the continuous development of big data, track data analysis has been applied to all walks of life. However, with the frequent occurrence of high-tech, specialized and intelligent crimes, it has showed some new features such as dynamics, intelligence, and concealment of criminal cases. In order to realize the detection effect of “active prevention and precision strike”, the investigation agencies began to introduce the track detection method. It can not only innovate the investigation mode and enhance the detection effectiveness, but also transform the investigation thinking and promote the new path of intelligence investigation.
