5A护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of 5A Nursing Model in Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨5A护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将2017年1月~2018年1月收治的45例COPD合并糖尿病患者作为对照组,给予常规护理;将2018年2月~2019年1月收治的45例COPD合并糖尿病患者作为观察组,给予5A护理模式。比较两组干预前后肺功能指标、血糖水平、生活质量、自我管理水平及满意度。结果:干预后,观察组肺功能指标、血糖水平、生活质量、自我管理水平及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对COPD合并糖尿病患者采用5A护理模式,能够有效调节患者肺功能和血糖指标,有利于提升患者自我管理水平,提高患者生活质量及满意度,是一种系统、全面、有效的护理策略,适合临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of 5A nursing model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 45 patients with COPD complicated with diabetes from January 2017 to January 2018 were treated as control group and given routine nursing.Forty-five patients with COPD complicated with diabetes who were admitted and treated from February 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the observation group and given 5A nursing mode.Lung function index,blood glucose level,quality of life,self-management level and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,lung function index,blood glucose level,quality of life,self-management level and satisfaction were all higher in observation group than in control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:The 5A nursing model for patients with COPD and diabetes mellitus can effectively regulate the pulmonary function and blood glucose index of patients,which is conducive to improve the level of patients′ self-management,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It is a systematic,comprehensive,and effective nursing strategy suitable for clinical promotion.
