摘要 目的:探讨饮食控制终止高血压(DASH)饮食模式对原发性高血压人群心血管事件及生活质量的影响。方法:将接收的原发性高血压患者100例采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各50例,对照组行常规健康教育及药物控制血压,研究组在常规健康教育基础上实施DASH饮食模式,干预时间12个月;比较两组患者干预期间的心脑血管疾病发生率及生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:干预期间,研究组总心脑血管不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);干预12个月后,研究组SF-36中躯体功能(PF)、躯体角色(RP)、总体健康状况(GH)、活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感角色(RE)、心理健康(MH)维度得分高于干预前(P<0.05),除SF外其他维度得分均显著高于对照组同期(P<0.05),对照组PF、GH维度得分高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:DASH饮食模式可降低原发性高血压人群心脑血管事件发生率,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the effect of DASH diet model on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and quality of life in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with essential hypertension were divided into study group and control group by random number table method.The control group received routine health education and drugs to control blood pressure.The study group implemented the DASH diet model on the basis of regular health education.The intervention period was 12 months.The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and quality of life during the intervention period were compared between the two groups using SF-36.Results:During the intervention period,the incidence of total cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.01).After 12 months of intervention,physical function(PF),body part(RP),general health(GH)and vitality(VT),social function(SF),emotional role(RE),and mental health(MH)dimension scores of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those of before intervention( P <0.05).Except for the SF,other dimension scores were significantly higher than the same period in the control group( P <0.05).PF and GH dimension scores were higher than those of before intervention in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:DASH diet model can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and improve the quality of life of patients with essential hypertension,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
