摘要
针对聚合物驱注入管线对聚合物溶液剪切降解大的问题,取样化验分析注入管线起始端样品中细菌及还原性物质对聚合物黏度的影响,分析注入管线黏度损失的主要原因为长期注入过程中细菌及硫化物等还原性物质大量滋生造成的生物降黏。针对该问题,制定出大排量、变压式高压污水清洗和0.08%(质量分数)双氧水软化方式的化学清洗两种措施,提出了改善污水水质、杀灭和抑制硫酸盐还原菌、铁细菌和腐生菌的技术措施,使注入管线黏损治理达到良好的效果。
To solve the problem about the high shear degradation of the polymer solution happened in the polymer flooding injection pipeline, samples are used to analyze the influence of the bacteria and the reducibility materials in the samples taken from the initiating and terminal of the injection line on the polymer viscosity. The main cause of viscosity loss in injection pipelines is the biology viscosity reduction caused by the strong growth of the reducibility materials such as bacteria and sulfides in the long term injection. In view of the problem, two kinds of production measures are developed, namely large-discharge variable-pressure high pressure sewage cleaning and chemical cleaning with 0.08%(mass fraction) hydrogen peroxide,and technical measures such as improving the quality of sewage and killing and inhibiting carbonate reducing bacteria, iron bacteria and saprophytic bacteria are proposed to achieve a good effect of pipeline viscosity loss treatment.
